I’ll go ahead and say it: I DID NOT LIKE SOUTH KOREA.
Probably because of a lot of reasons that were mostly my fault in the first place:
a) We had very structured tours which never worked with us
b) South Korea is mostly about shopping, which I didn’t do much of
c) You need to find the good places to eat stuff, because if somebody else (meaning your tour guide) suggested stuff, they’re likely not gonna be good
d) Snowboarding in south korea means there’s high probability it’s manufactured snow. It also means that shit can be very disappointing compared to Japan
Then again, I’ll be willing to try again maybe after 5 years.
